Thanks to the Instagram account kpow_ok, it looks to be confirmed that this is Pepper’s Rescue armor. The account revealed an image of Paltrow standing in front of a green screen with the silver and purple rescue armor on. Her face is uncovered, but the suit’s details are revealed with this image. This looks to be confirmation that fans will see Pepper Potts suit up in Avengers 4. However, this could be a calculated leak from Marvel or ridiculously great photoshop. But, we have high hopes in seeing the suit in the upcoming film!
Pepper has suited up briefly in a prior MCU film. This won’t be her first time wearing an Iron Man suit as she joins in the fight. She previously gained control of the Mark 42 armor in Iron Man 3. We haven’t seen much of Pepper since. She’s had small roles in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Infinity War, so her suiting up in this capacity in Avengers 4: Endgame is a major nextstep for her.
