Star Wars Battlefront 2 caused quite the stir at E3 2017. With stunning visuals and the chance to play all your favorite heroes and villains, it promises to be a great video-gaming experience. If you really want to, as Obi-Wan said, “stretch out with your feelings,” you can play Battlefront 2 on Eddie Zarick’s R2-D2 Playbook 4.
Over the past 40 years, Star Wars has never not been popular. Still, the Force has been particularly strong with the beloved franchise as of late. First, there was The Force Awakens, which brought back the cast of the original trilogy and introduced such great new characters as Rey, Finn and Kylo Ren. Then came Rogue One, which won over even the most skeptical aficionados as it told the story of the Rebels who stole the plans for the Death Star.
2017 will see two more high-profile Star Wars releases. The Last Jedi (Episode VIII) will hit theaters on December 15, giving fans the chance to see Rey begin Jedi training and, hopefully, learn more about Luke Skywalker’s wilderness years (what’s your guess, Rey Skywalker or Rey Kenobi?). Then, of course, there’s Star Wars Battlefront 2, which will come out on November 17. The video game will feature both a single-player story mode and a multiplayer mode with characters from every era.
Eddie Zarick has come up with just the console for all you devoted Padawans out there to play Battlefront 2 on. This PS4-laptop hybrid is designed to beep and blink lights just like everyone’s favorite astromech droid would. Zarick made it with the help of Astromech, who made some of the console’s parts by using a 3D printer.
At the moment, Zarick hasn’t offered to sell his R2 Playbook 4. Still he has similar stuff for sale now, so you may get the chance to buy it soon. It’ll probably be pricey, but hey, this is the droid you’re looking for.
